The home offers two levels, patios and balconies

The main floor consists of a large living room/family room - with balcony doors that lead out to a large terrace/patio.

There is an AC unit, a wood-burning fireplace, a large flat screen TV - which includes Netflix and movie channels. There is also PlayStation and a DVD player - with plenty of DVD movies to select from. On the bookshelf, there are also books in English, French and Greek!

The kitchen is also very large, and fully equipped. There is also a sub-kitchen/storage area. The washing machine is located in the kitchen as well. The kitchen also has balcony doors, which lead to the large terrace/patio
