Unser Haus ist zu zwei Seiten vom Meer umgeben, in die eine Richtung blickt man auf den Ort Pollonia mit seinem freundlichen Strand und den tollen Restaurants, die andere Richtung macht Platz für das offene Meer mit preisverdächtigem Sonnenuntergang.

Es ist kein Verkehr zu hören, da wir am äußersten Ende einer kleinen Straße sind. Das Studio wird täglich gereinigt.

Das Meer ist zu Fuß in drei Minuten zu erreichen, der Ortskern in 5 Minuten.
