The space
Just feel at home in this charming studio, situated in a very calm and typical Parisian building (19th Century). Situated under the roof, with two small balconies which allow our guests to take advantage of the view and plants, this small apartment (20 m2) will be suitable to a couple who wants to spend a nice time visiting Paris. The sofa gets into a double bed after for a good rest; our ancient paintings and books dealing with Paris history or hidden treasures to be discovered will help our guests to feel confortable.

This lovely place is furnished with an equiped place to cook (a microwave, a small fridge, an induction cooker) and the dishes needed to prepare common meals. A bathroom (toilet, basin, a large shower with sliding glass doors) completes this accomodation.

Neighborbood Overview:

The canal Saint-Martin is situated at the end of our street. It's a very fashionable but also very romantic place, with a lot of shops and restaurants. We are used to go walking to the very center of Paris in 20 minutes through Le Marais.

Natalie et moi vivons à Paris depuis 20 ans. Nos passions communes, en dehors de notre fille : la littérature, l'Afrique australe, l'histoire, le magret de canard, le rugby. Et Paris, bien sûr. Nous voyageons par nous-mêmes, détestons les chemins balisés et les visites obligatoires. Résolument autonomes, donc pas trop pénibles pour les autres... Natalie and I are living in Paris for 20 years. Except our little girl, we are fond of Litterature, Southern Africa, History, duck "magret", Rugby games. And Paris, for sure. We are used to travel by ourselves and we hate the pre-determined ways of visiting a country and the "have-to-be-seen" scenarios. Frankly autonomus, not so boring for the others.
