The kitchen comes with a combined oven-microwave, built-in induction cooktop double burner, electric kettle, cutlery for 4 persons, kitchen utensils, refrigerator with a real freezer. Living room / bedroom with a double bed (sheets provided), which can be separated into two single beds, cable television, fiber optic internet access and WiFi. Large cupboard and several shelves. Bathroom with shower (towels provided), sink and toilet.

Consumption of electricity and gas is not included in the rental price. Electricity will be calculated at a price of 0,15 EUR/kwh.

The Parc de Belleville offers a spectacular and surprising view of Paris, which is little known by tourists. Situated between Pere Lachaise, Republic and Bastille there is a quick access to major sites of Paris.

Travel Details from the host -> Hi, Originally from Denmark, I have lived in Paris since 2000. I have a French husband and three boys. Paris is a fantastic city to live in, and I love my neighborhood and French culture. Educated as an architect/designer, I now mostly work with digital design. Besides, I am renting out two studios situated on the 1st floor above our own place and a third one just around the corner. We live at the end of a long typical Parisian courtyard, where residents live side by side with small businesses, mostly architects, designers and artists.
