I rent my flat just next to the great park of the Buttes Chaumont in the 19th arrondissement of Paris.
With a lot of space, it gets 2 rooms : a living room with a sofa which can be transformed into a comfortable bed (I can swear : I tested it myself !) ; a large bedroom for two people.
This flat has a kitchen with everything you want : oven, induction cooker, fridge and freezer, washing machine... There is also a bathroom (with a shower), and toilets separated from the bathroom.
The Buttes Chaumont park area is a very nice place to live. With many shops, you'll find everything you want by walking less than 10' : bakers, butchers, grocers, supermarkets..., and restaurants or bars too.
