The appartment has a living room with double sofa bed,and open kitchen. A bedroom with double bed on the mezzanine and a single bed or sofa under this mezzanine . Acces to the bathroom / toilet is from the bedroom.
Other things to note
We are living in Paris so small spaces for a small water heater (100 liters). It can provide up to 3 hot showers in a row without a problem. For more hot water, you will need to run it on again during the day.
