The terrace (15 sq m) is equipped of a table and 4 chairs.
The apt is located on the 6th floor with elevator up to 5th floor.
No AC but efficient ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms + additional fan in living room.

Very central area, walking distance to many sightseeing spots (Notre Dame and Ile St Louis, Centre Pompidou, Louvre and Picasso museums, Fondation Pinault, Quartier Latin, Bastille, place des Vosges,etc).
It is also great location for cafés & restaurants, art galleries, shopping.
