This charming apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building with a lift. It is silent and well lit. It has a beautiful side view of the Eiffel Tower. At the entrance you will find a hall with space to hang coats and bags and a small toilet. From the hall you have a bedroom with a queen size bed, a desk, lamps and an wardrobe. In the living room, which can be transformed into another bedroom, it has a sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, TV and a sofa that converts into two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, with utensils in general, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and clothes dryer. The comfortable bathroom has a shower cabine, two sinks, a towel dryer and another toilet. This cozy apartment is perfect for a family with children or a couple who want to enjoy the best of the city. A portable crib is available.

The apartment is situated on a private street which is closed to traffic, a 3-minute walk from the River Seine and Pont de l'Alma (where Princess Diana had the accident and died). Between the Eiffel Tower (5 minutes on foot) and Invalides (10 minutes on foot), it has Hausmanian architecture which is typical of the sophisticated neighbourhoods of the city. It is also very close to the Quai Branly Museum and its delicious restaurant Les Ombres which has the best view of the Eiffel Tower in the city, Trocadero, Champs Elysées Avenue, Grand Palais and the extremely chic Montaigne Avenue where all the luxury shops in the capital are located.
