3 independant bedrooms, each one far from the others. Large sitting room and large dining room, 2 bathrooms. Well equipped Kitchen where you can cook what you easily buy from shops around.

Neighborbood Overview:

Home to artists with beautiful buildings built around 1850, then after the war home to sex shops and cabarets, the area has become one of the trendiest spots in the city and a very desirable and quiet area for young and wealthy families. A good place for architectural and gastronomic discoveries :
- good, small and affordable gourmet restaurants (I send a list and I'd recommend booking ahead).
- famous food market streets (Lepic and Martyrs) with some of the best food makers in Paris (bakeries, meat, pastries, wines...).
- "La Nouvelle Athènes" is a beautiful and harmonious area built at the Romantic period (1850) for artists, writers and painters.
In day time, this district is quiet, out of touristic and business crowds, but near everything on foot (Montmartre, Moulin rouge, Romantic museum, Opéra) or using direct public transportation (buses and metro : I will give you all informations about how to go where with which line and stop, from and to the apartment).
