Welcome to our newly refurbished apartment located in the heart of the EU district. We are delighted to offer you a modern and bright space for your needs - we have a workspace with fast internet, a large bedroom downstairs, as well as a bright outdoor space for relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen (including hub, oven, coffee machine & kettle) and a modern shower and toilet complete the apartment. The apartment has its own street-facing entrance and private mailbox.

The space
The apartment is organised as followed:

-groundfloor: a living room on the ground floor with a kitchen and shower room. Stairs in the living room to access the bedroom (see photos).

-underneath : a bedroom with two windows for natural light withe frosted glass.

Guest access
Guest have access to their apartment via private entrance. They have access to the laundry room of the building.
